Alliance Pipeline is a new partner to the Wetlands Initiative, contributing $25,000 toward restoration efforts at the U.S. Forest Service's Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie during 2009.

Since 2005, Boeing has been a lead funder of the Collateral Channel Remediation and Restoration Project in Chicago. Boeing’s early support for this research and demonstration project catalyzed other supporters, moving this project off the drawing boards.

Christopher Burke Engineering, Ltd.

Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd. has repeatedly sponsored re-printing of Living with Wetlands, produced by the Wetlands Initiative in 1999. The popular publication for homeowners in northeastern Illinois is in its fifth printing. CBBEL also underwrote production of TWI's 2007 and 2008 annual reports.

In addition to serving as Lead Sponsor of the 2008 An Evening with the Wetlands Initiative, DLA Piper has provided extensive pro bono legal counsel to TWI.

JP Morgan

After TWI estimated costs of conventional wastewater treatment vs. wetland treatment, JP Morgan Securities analyzed their impact on ratepayers in the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. JPM was also Lead Sponsor of the 2007 An Evening with the Wetlands Initiative.
