Jim Monchak

Senior GIS Analyst

Jim Monchak completed his M.S. in geography at Portland State University in Oregon in 2006. He is interested in spatial statistics, habitat analysis/modeling, remote sensing, and land cover classification. His thesis research examined relationships between bird species presence and land cover variables using ordination and spatial statistics. Jim also holds a B.S. in sociology from Michigan State University.
